  1. Delivery and Booking
    When purchasing studio time, you will receive a confirmation of your booking via email. All bookings are considered services and are regarded as delivered at the scheduled time of the session.

  2. Returns and Cancellation Policy
    As studio time is a service, all purchases are final and non-refundable once confirmed. Once a booking is paid and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.

Rescheduling may be possible up to 48 hours before your scheduled session — please contact us directly to inquire.
